Shipping

All orders are shipped with UPS. Once you order is ready to ship, an automated verification email, containing your tracking number is sent to you. All of our racks are made to order and generally take 2-3 weeks from order to be delivered.

Returns

We offer a return guarantee to retail customers that receive damaged products within 3 days of receiving the product. You may return the items for an exchange.  In addition, Deco Polish Racks must be notified within 3 days of receiving the product, that you have received a damage product.  Refunds for items that are damaged and reported past the 3rd day of receipt will not be refunded.  It would be most helpful if you could give us a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s). If you purchase the items from one of our retail partners, please follow their return policies..

Returns for reasons other than damage, are acceptable minus shipping and handling.  No exceptions.
